不同频率有氧运动下心肺耐力反应建模仿真 被引量:3

摘要 有氧运动的主要目的在于增强心肺耐力,需要构建不同频率有氧运动下心肺耐力反应模型,但是当前心肺耐力反应模型存在心率恢复率、肺活量指数与实际结果之间差值较大等问题,提出了一种新的心肺耐力反应模型基于Mate分析的不同频率有氧运动心肺耐力反应关系模型。模型利用Mate分析方法进行分析,首先针对有氧运动对血液指标、血管功能以及心脏功能进行分析,其次针对采集影响有氧运动的关键指标最大摄氧量的值进行分析,最后通过该值的变化分析不同频率下有氧运动对心肺耐力的影响,完成不同频率有氧运动下心肺耐力反应分析。实验结果表明,所提模型能够准确分析出不同频率的有氧运动对心肺耐力的影响。 The main purpose of aerobic exercise is to enhance the cardiorespiratory endurance. It is necessary to construct a cardiopulmonary endurance reaction model under different frequencies of aerobic exercises. In this article, a new model-the cardiopulmonary endurance reaction model under different frequencies of aerobic exercises based on Mate analysis was presented. This model used Mate analysis method for the analysis. Firstly, we analyzed blood parameters, vascular function and cardiac function. For the key indicator affecting aerobic exercise, we analyzed the value of maximal oxygen uptake. Finally, we analyzed the influence of aerobic exercises with different frequencies on cardiopulmonary endurance through the change of value. Thus, we completed the cardiorespiratory endurance reaction analysis under different frequencies of aerobic exercises. Simulation results show that the proposed model can accurately analyze the influence of aerobic exercises with different frequencies on cardiorespiratory endurance.
