摘要
电蒸汽发生器温度控制常采用PID控制,实际生产中存在调节时间长、超调量大、稳定性差等问题。为解决以上问题,模糊控制的研究成为当前热点之一,已在某些领域取得应用,然而在模糊控制中,模糊控制规则库的设计是根据专家知识或现场操作经验建立的,往往存在主观性。提出一种基于实验数据获取实时温度建立模糊控制规则的方法,设计模糊控制器,并用Simulink实现模糊控制仿真。从扰动性和鲁棒性两个方面分析模糊控制的稳定性,并与PID控制进行了对比仿真分析,结果表明,上述模糊控制动态过渡时间比较短、基本上消除了振荡、超调幅值为零,其控制性能明显优于PID控制,具有较好的工业应用前景。
PID control is usually used in the temperature control of electric heating pure steam generator.In actual production,there are many problems,such as long adjustment time,large overshoot,poor stability and so on.In order to solve the above problems,the fuzzy control research has become one of the current hot topics,and has been applied in some fields.However,in fuzzy control,design of fuzzy control rule libraries is based on expert knowledge or field operation experience.In this paper,a method of acquiring real-time temperature based on experimental data and establishing fuzzy control rulers was presented.A fuzzy controller was designed,and the fuzzy control simulation was realized based on Simulink.The stability of fuzzy control was analysed from two aspects of disturbance and robustness,and compared with the PID control simulation results.The results show that the fuzzy control of dynamic transition time is shorter,the fuzzy control can basically eliminate the oscillation,and the amplitude value is zero.The control performance is better than PID control,with good prospects for industrial applications.
