摘要
为说明制造业的资源共享会带来绿色生产方式的变革,构建具有供应链关系的上下游制造企业绿色生产优化模型,分析资源共享促进绿色生产的条件。对产量确定和产量不确定两种情况分别进行讨论,发现制造商的产量是影响制造企业是否进行资源共享及能否提高绿色化水平的关键因素。当制造商选择资源共享时,依据不同的资源共享水平,确定最优产量,促进企业绿色生产。研究结果揭示了制造资源共享的绿色价值功能,对指导制造业绿色发展具有重要参考价值。
In order to illustrate that resource sharing in manufacturing industry will bring about the change of green production mode, this paper constructs a green production optimization model for upstream and downstream manufacturing enterprises with supply chain relationships and analyze the conditions for resource sharing to promote green production. Analysis and discusses from the two aspects of production determination and uncertainty, found that the manufacturer′s output is a key factor affecting whether the manufacturing enterprises share resources and whether they can improve the level of greening. When the manufacturer chooses resource sharing, it determines the optimal yield according to different resource sharing levels and promotes green production. The research results reveal the green value function of manufacturing enterprises′ resource sharing, which has important reference value for guiding the green development of manufacturing industry.
