摘要 为了提高自动化导引车(AGV)的作业效率和空间利用率,针对40ft集装箱的搬运作业问题,采用由20ftAGV配对搬运和40ftAGV独立搬运的混合配对调度的新工艺,以最小化完成时间和空载时间为目标,建立混合整数规划模型并求解。设计算例和数据集,研究AGV和搬运任务的数量配置、规格配置与运输时间的敏感性。实验结果说明了模型的有效性,并为自动化集装箱码头AGV数量和规格配置、配对调度提供了参考。 In order to improve the efficiency and space utilization of the automated guided vehicle (AGV), a new process of hybrid pairing scheduling with 20 ft AGV paired handling and 40 ft AGV independent handling is adopted for the handling of 40ft containers to minimize the completion time and no load. A hybrid integer programming model is built and solved with the goal of minimizing completion time and dead time.It designs examples and data sets to study the quantitative configuration, specification, and transit time sensitivity of AGV and handling tasks.The experimental results illustrate the effectiveness of the model and provide a reference for the number and specification configuration and pairing scheduling of automated container terminals.
