摘要
从黏着概念、黏着与滑移率关系,以及车轮滑行过程等方面对机车防滑原理进行了分析。设计了机车防滑控制系统,基于这一系统对干燥轨面与潮湿轨面机车防滑控制进行了仿真。通过仿真确认,所设计的机车防滑控制系统可以将滑移率保持在黏着系数最佳利用点附近,进而达到机车防滑控制的要求。
The locomotive anti-taxiing principle was analyzed from the aspects of adhesion concept, relation between adhesion and slip ratio, and wheel-slip process.The locomotive anti-taxiing control system was designed.Based on this system, the anti-taxiing control realized by the locomotive on the dry rail surface and on the wet rail surface was simulated.Through simulation, it is confirmed that the designed locomotive anti-taxiing control system can keep the slip ratio near the best utilization point of the adhesion coefficient, and then achieve the locomotive requirements on anti-taxiing control.
