摘要
针对小型自行式钢轨探伤车刚性悬挂的结构特点,以减轻质量、提高工作水平为目的,研发了一款橡胶车轮。对橡胶车轮进行了结构设计、材料选型、强度校核、样品试制,确认这一橡胶车轮振动小、噪声低,满足小型自行式钢轨探伤车的性能要求,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of the rigid suspension of the small self-propelled rail flaw detecting car, a rubber wheel was developed for mass reduction and working level enhancement. Through structural design, material selection, strength check and sample trial production of the rubber wheel, it is confirmed that the rubber wheel features low vibration and low noise, and meets the performance requirements of the small self-propelled rail flaw detecting car, which has certain practicability and introduction value.
