摘要
以紫铜材料为研究对象,对其进行模拟受火损伤试验和机械拉伸性能测试,分析不同热暴露工况条件和不同冷却方式对紫铜材料力学性能的影响,得到紫铜材料抗拉强度、伸长率与断面收缩率随受火温度和保温时间变化曲线。所做研究可以为火灾后紫铜制设备的损伤程度评估与合于使用评价提供参考。
The simulated fire damage test and mechanical tensile property test were carried out by taking red copper material as the research object to obtain the curve where the tensile strength and elongation and reduction of cross-sectional area of red copper materials were changed along with fire temperature and holding time by analyzing the effects of different thermal exposure conditions and different cooling methods on the mechanical properties of copper materials.The research done can provide a reference for the evaluation of the extent of damage of the equipment made of red copper after the fire and for the evaluation on fitting for use.
