摘要
民族地区高校特色多元文化通识课程既有重要意义,又具有特殊性。目前,课程建设存在未能形成课程理论与体系、教师对课程性质认识不足、教学效果有待提高、需进一步完善价值导向等问题。因此,应对课程进行科学定位,充分利用地域与区位优势设置课程,形成特色课程群;完善课程规划设计,保证课程实施效果;建构“体验式”学习模式,运用文化比较教学法,通过师生与族际互动、课内外贯通、线上线下结合、强化网络“课程中心平台”等教学策略,培养学生跨文化素质与实践能力,使其具有中华文化多元一体观念,培育特色人才,扩大学校优势学术领域受益面,助力国家国际化人才培养战略和地方建设。
The unique multicultural general education at universities in minority regions is of great significance to the cultivation of international talents and local development. In order to cultivate students’ cross-cultural quality, practical competence and a concept of the unity of divers Chinese cultures, measures should be taken as follows: to make full use of the regional advantages and form a cluster of unique courses;to ensure the teaching effectiveness through the improvement of the curriculum design;to construct “experienced learning” mode and implement the teaching of comparative cultures;to enhance the interaction between teachers and students of different ethnic groups;to integrate class teaching with on-line learning, esp. the online “platform of curriculum center”.
