基于区域定位的地方性大学应用型药学专业人才培养模式探析

A Probe into the Training Mode of Applied Pharmacy Professionals in Local Universities Based on Regional Orientation

目的:为地方院校药学专业应用型人才的培养提供借鉴。方法:以实践能力培养为着眼点,通过优化课程体系、深化教学改革、拓展实践平台建设,将对学生应用能力的培养渗透于教学过程的各个环节。结果:通过调整课程体系和学分比例,加强人文课程的设置,建立专业核心和增加专业选修课开设比例;从教与学方面深化教学改革;激励学生参加社会实践;建立多维的实践教学平台等方面来构建药学专业应用型人才能力培养体系。结论:所构建的培养体系能够实现对学生多层次的训练,使学生在素质、知识、能力方面得到协调发展,有利于提高地方院校药学专业的人才培养质量。

objective:To provide reference for local colleges to cultivate innovative ability of applied talents for pharmacy major.methods:With innovative practice ability training as the starting points,the cultivation of students’innovative ability permeated all aspects of the teaching process mainly through optimizing the curriculum system,deepening the teaching reform,expanding the practice platform construction.results:The pharmacy professional applied talent innovation ability training system was constructed through adjusting curriculum system and credit ratio,strengthening the setting of humanities course.establishing professional core,professional refinement and professional extension courses,increasing the proportion of elective course,deepening the teaching reform from two aspects of teaching,learning;encouraging students to compete;establishing multidimensional extension practice teaching platform.conclusions:Established system has realized the stereoscopic creation of multi-levels of innovation and practice.Students have got a coordinated development in the quality,knowledge,ability.It is helpful to improve the quality of talents cultivation in local colleges.
