煤矿综合自动化数据系统优化升级

摘要 本文简单介绍了小峪煤矿综合自动化数据传输系统现状。因通信协议单一,自动化系统数据传输水平较低。大量的实时数据不能由地面调度人员及时监测和管理,系统运行状态以及故障不能及时发现并处理。随着采区的扩大及业务需求的增长,综合自动化数据传输系统急需升级改造。现以物联网三层架构平台为基础,利用OPC技术采集数据,实现数据传输系统升级优化。文章对OPC技术原理、基于OPC技术的煤矿综合自动化系统结构、小峪煤矿综合自动化优化升级方案做了详细阐述。实践证明该系统优化方案设计合理。整体运行水平安全可靠、故障率低、可推广使用。 This paper introduces the existing circumstances of integrated automation data transmission system in Xiao Yu coal mine. Due to the single communication protocol, the low level of data transmission in the automation system, a large number of real-time data cannot be timely monitoring and management and the system running state and the failure cannot be found and processed in time by the ground. With the expansion of mining area and business demand, integrated automation data transmission system needs to be upgraded. Now based on the three tier architecture platform of the Internet of things, using OPC technology to collect data can achieve the optimization and upgrading of data transmission system. This paper expounds in detail the principle of OPC technology, based on OPC Technology of coal mine integrated automation system structure, Xiao Yu coal mine integrated automation optimization upgrading scheme. Practice has proved that the system design is reasonable, the overall operation level is safe and reliable, the failure rate is low, so it can be popularized and used.
