矿井低压供电系统单相漏电保护系统的研究 被引量:1

摘要 煤矿井下目前使用的低压供电系统容易发生漏电事故,且无线通信效果差,维护成本高,为解决这一问题,本文利用最小二乘法,对井下低压供电单相漏电系统进行合理设计。本系统通过DSP处理器采集井下零序信息,利用最小二乘法进行计算求解,判断井下电路是否发生漏电故障,做出相应处理。最后通过WiFi通信模块,将数据传送至云数据处理平台,供井上技术人员监控并做出进一步的处理措施。 The low-voltage power supply system currently used in coal mine is prone to leakage accidents, and the wireless communication effect is poor and the maintenance cost is high. In order to solve this problem, this paper USES the least square method to design the single-phase leakage system of low-voltage power supply reasonably. The system USES DSP processor to collect down hole zero sequence information, USES least square method to calculate and solve, determines whether there is leakage fault in the downhole circuit, and makes corresponding treatment. Finally, data is transmitted to the cloud data processing platform through the WiFi communication module for the technical personnel on the well to monitor and make further processing measures.
