摘要 针对现有液压支架压力监测系统多采用有线通信所带来的布线困难、线路易磨损、可靠性差等问题,提出了基于蓝牙通信的液压支架压力监测系统,完成了系统的软硬件设计,并对系统的通信网络结构进行了研究,将蓝牙通信与以太网通信相结合,实现了数据的高速、稳定的传输,解决了工作面布线困难问题,工作人员通过上位机即可实现对压力数据的监测、存储、分析。 Aiming at the problems of wiring difficulty, easy wear and poor reliability of the existing pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support, the paper puts forward the pressure monitoring system of the hydraulic support based on Bluetooth communication, completes the software and hardware design of the system, and studies the communication network structure of the system. The combination of Bluetooth communication and Ethernet communication realizes the high-speed and stable transmission of the data, solves the difficult problem of wiring in the face, and the staff can realize the monitoring, storage and analysis of the pressure data through the host computer.
