摘要
陷落柱是一种特殊的地质构造,陷落柱突水已经成为危害我国矿井安全生产的重大灾害之一。本文主要采用理论分析与现场实测相结合的研究方法,根据陷落柱顶底板突水的机理将顶底板突水模式划分为两种子模式,通过薄板理论和剪切破坏理论推导出了各模式下的突水判据,并建立了煤层底板陷落柱渗流突水模型;运用理论分析得出的突水判据对1103工作面底板发生突水危险性进行预测,为保证工作面安全生产对底板进行注浆加固,取得了较好的工程效果。
Collapse column is a special geological structure, Water inrush from collapse column has become one of the major disasters that endanger the safety of mine production in China. In this paper, theoretical analysis and field measurement are combined, according to the mechanism of water inrush on top and bottom of collapse column, water inrush mode of top and bottom plate is divided into two seed modes, the water inrush criterion of each mode is derived from thin plate theory and shear failure theory, the seepage water inrush model of collapse column of coal seam floor is established;According to the water inrush criterion obtained from theoretical analysis, the water inrush risk of the floor of 1103 working face was predicted, in order to ensure the safe production of the working face, the grouting reinforcement of the bottom plate is carried out.
