摘要
YQ450NQR1乙字钢在轧制过程中出现开裂,导致判废。通过金相、夹杂物及扫描电镜检测分析,找出开裂原因并提出合理的控制措施。
The YQ450NQR1 Z-type steel is cracking during the rolling process so that it is determined to be rejected. Its causes are found out and reasonable control measures are put forward by metallographic examination, detection analysis of inclusions and scanning electron microscope.
