摘要
镀锌含铬废水是电镀行业里废水排放量较大的一种废水,废水中含有重金属铬,随意排放将对环境造成严重污染。文章对含铬废水采用化学沉淀法+生物活性炭+超滤+反渗透+蒸发结晶处理工艺,该工艺技术成熟、处理效果稳定可靠,能满足含铬废水零排放的处理要求,可为同行借鉴。
The chromium-containing wastewater in galvanization is a kind of wastewater with larger discharge amount in the electroplating industry. It contains the heavy metal chromium, which can cause serious pollution to the environment if discharged arbitrarily. In this paper, the treatment process of chemical precipitation method + biological active carbon + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis + evaporation crystallization is adopted for chromium-containing wastewater. It is mature as well as the treatment effect is stable and reliable, which could meet the requirements for zero discharge of chromium-containing wastewater and be as the reference for fraternities.
