A Study on the Innovative Development Strategies at Shannxi Railway Logistics Group

为打造国内一流综合物流服务商,强化铁路对陕煤集团高质量发展的支撑引领作用,铁流集团亟需加快创新发展。概述铁流集团发展现状,分析铁流集团面临的市场结构调整和运输结构调整的发展环境,提出依托集疏运铁路系统,以谋发展提增量做增值为核心的创新发展策略,即加快完善集疏运系统、全面提升管理效能、强化与国家铁路深度合作、拓展物流增值服务、全力打造智能铁路,以提升铁流集团的管理水平和服务能力,成为陕煤集团的战略支撑点和利润增长极,助推国家和区域经济社会协调发展。

It is critical for Shannxi Railway Logistics Group to promote innovative development in order to build itself into a first-rate provider of comprehensive logistics services, which will become able to facilitate the railway industry to play a supportive and leading role in high-quality development at Shannxi Coal Group. Based on a profile of the Group and an analysis of its development environment made by the restructuring of the market and transportation industry, this paper puts forward a core innovative development strategy of relying on the collecting and distributing railway network to increase volume and revenue. To elaborate, other strategies include accelerating upgrading of the collecting and distributing railway network, improving management efficiency comprehensively, strengthening deep cooperation with the national railway network, developing value-added logistics services and creating intelligent railway system with all strength, are expected to improve the Group’s management and service as the strategic support and profit growth pole of Shannxi Coal Group. The proposed strategies are designed to facilitate coordinated development at both the national and local levels.
