摘要
根据工程需要,按照液压伸缩式收放系统的工作状态,结合其在船上的运动响应,应用有限元分析方法对整个液压伸缩式收放系统进行总体强度分析,得到设备在工作极限状态下的结构强度。根据计算结果更改及优化系统的设计,以确保整个系统的安全性、完整性以及结构受力的合理性。
According to the requirements of the project, the overall strength of the hydraulic retractable system is analyzed by FEM based on the working states and motion response on the board of the hydraulic retractable system to obtain its structure strength under extreme working state. The hydraulic retractable system is optimized according to the analysis results to ensure the whole system’s safety, integrity and the rationality of structural stress.
