基于压电陶瓷的柴油机电控喷油器的研究

摘要 相比传统电磁阀喷油器,压电陶瓷喷油器在诸多方面拥有无可比拟的优势。文章研究了压电陶瓷的特性,发现了目前应用中存在的主要困难,并提出了选材、算法等方面的解决方法。在对压电陶瓷型喷油器系统控制算法的研究过程中,提出了单神经元自适应PID算法,使闭环系统在诸如响应时间、控制精度等各方面的性能均得到有效改善。 Comparing with traditional solenoid valve injector, piezoelectric ceramic injector has incomparable advantages in many aspects. The characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics are researched, the main difficulties in current applications are found, and solutions in such aspects as material selection and algorithm are put forward. In the process of studying the control algorithm of piezoelectric ceramic injector system, a single neuron adaptive PID algorithm is proposed, which can effectively improve the performance of the closed-loop system in various aspects such as response time, control accuracy and so on.
