摘要
针对某型调距桨装置调距故障的现象,从电控系统、液压系统、机械部套展开故障原因分析,并以此为基础开展实际故障排查,通过逐步排查,确定故障原因存在于液控单向阀,更换元件后故障消除,验证了该故障排查方法的正确性。
For the malfunction of a controllable pitch device, the possible causes are analyzed from the aspects of electronic control system, hydraulic system and mechanical parts. The actual fault investigation is carried out based on the analysis. The gradual investigation is carried out and it is determined that the cause of the fault exists in the hydraulic one-way valve. After the valve is replaced, the fault is eliminated, and the correctness of the troubleshooting method is verified.
