摘要
职业福利在社会保障体系中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对职业福利国际研究总体态势的把握能够为中国职业福利的发展和研究提供借鉴意义。基于WOS检索国际职业福利领域研究型文献4820篇,运用SciMAT软件,以关键词为分析单元,采用共词分析和聚类分析方法绘制研究主题的演化路径。研究发现:在1973年-2018年的5个时期中,养老金计划分化的两条演化路径(①养老金计划→养老金计划→退休→社会保障→社会保障;②养老金计划→政策→政治→养老金计划→改革)和市场演化路径(市场→合同→管理→风险→风险)是职业福利国际领域的主要研究热点;工作-生活平衡路径(美国→工作-生活平衡→家庭和家庭冲突→工作-生活平衡)伴随着向后工业社会的转型,研究主题逐步成长为研究热点,研究中心地位趋于稳固。四条职业福利研究主题演化路径为中国情境下研究和发展职业福利提供了着力点。
Occupational welfare plays a more and more important role in the social security system, to grasp the general situation of international research on occupational welfare can provide reference for the development and research of China's occupational welfare. Based on WoS, we collected a total of 4820 papers related to occupational welfare from 1900 to 2018. By selecting keywords as the units of analysis, co-word analysis and cluster analysis as methods, SciMAT as the knowledge mapping tool, this paper identified themes evolution paths of occupational welfare. After analysis, the most important evolution paths were found: two evolutionary paths from “PENSION”(①“PENSION”→“PENSION”→“RETIREMENT”→“SOCIAL SECURITY”→“SOCIAL SECURITY”;②“PENSION”→”POLICY”→“POL ITICS”→“PENSION”→“REFORM”) and the “MARKET” evolution path (“MARKET”→“CONTRACTS”→“MANAGEMENT”→“RISK”→“RISK”) become the main research hotspots in the international field of occupational welfare. With the transformation of the backward industrial society, the research theme of “WORK-LIFE BALANCE”(“UNITED STATE”→“WORK-LIFE BALANCE”→“FAMILY”,“FAMILY CONFLICTS”→“WORKLIFE BALANCE”) has gradually grown into a hot spot, and the status of the research center tends to be stable. Four thematic evolutionary paths of occupational welfare research provide a focus for the research and development of occupational welfare in the context of China.
