应对数字化转型和新型劳动合同的劳动政策研究

摘要 本文探讨了新型就业形态下对就业和社会保障方面提出的挑战与应对方法,并具体介绍了韩国的新型就业形态现状。对就业数量和质量产生决定性影响的因素不是技术本身,而是取决于这些岗位和工作变化过程中政府、企业、个人及制度如何适应和变化。为应对新型数字技术,要提供能与之相适应的教育和培训机会,促进社会流动性,并完善劳动力市场制度,改善劳动标准和社会保障规定。 This paper discusses the challenges and countermeasures to employment and social security under the new employment pattern, and introduces the current situation of the new employment pattern under the background of digital transformation in South Korea. The decisive influence factor on the quantity and quality of employment is not technology itself, it is that the government, enterprises, individuals and systems how to adapt with the changing process of these posts and jobs. To respond to new digital technologies, we need to provide educational and training opportunities for them, promote social mobility in the face of deteriorating income distribution, and improve.
