摘要 为提高高速列车动力学性能,对车辆悬挂参数进行了优化研究.基于多体动力学建模理论和UM软件,完成车辆动力学模型的建立及线路,轮轨参数设置等.选取悬挂参数Kpx,Kpy,Kpz,Ksx,Ksy,Ksz,Csx和Csz为优化目标,运用控制变量法和变化系数法,对悬挂参数进行优化;用优化后的参数进行动力学仿真分析,与优化前的动力学性能指标对比,车辆的动力学性能得到改善,悬挂参数优化成功. In order to improve the dynamic performance of high-speed trains,the vehicle suspension parameters were optimized.Based on multi-body dynamics modeling theory and UM software,a vehicle dynamics modeling was completed,and the line and wheel-rail parameters were set.The parameters of Kpx,Kpy,Kpz,Ksx,Ksy,Ksz,Csx and Csz were chosen as the targets for optimization.Variable control method and coefficient variation method were used to optimize the suspension parameters.Dynamic simulation analysis of the optimized parameters was conducted,and the dynamic performance index were compared with those before the optimization.The results show that the dynamic performance of the vehicle is improved,and the suspension parameters are optimized successfully.
