摘要
随着老龄化社会的到来和老年教育的普及和深化,老年教育将成为提升老年人工作能力和满足老年人主动参与学习需要的一种手段。与普通教育一样,老年教育课堂精神文化建设不可忽视。老年教育历史课堂精神文化建设,应把握教学目标上理性价值与工具价值相统一,教学内容选择上知识的内在价值与工具性价值相统一,教学评价上价值判断优于效率追求等三大原则,通过教学目标、师生关系、教学内容等方面来加以构建。从实践情况看,通过老年教育历史课课堂精神文化的构建,老年教育的课堂效果得到明显提升。
With the increase of aging population and the spread of elderly education, the elderly education will become a help for old people to improve their working competency and meet their demand on active learning. The spiritual culture of elderly education, like ordinary education, should not be neglected in class teaching. And to build the spiritual culture in history teaching, a teacher should focus on teaching objectives, teacher-student relationships, and teaching content, following three principles: the integration of rational value and tool value in teaching objectives, the accordance of the intrinsic value of knowledge with the instrumental value on teaching content selection, and the superiority of the value judgment in teaching evaluation to efficiency pursuit.
