比较奥司他韦与抗病毒口服液治疗小儿流行性感冒的疗效

Comparison of efficacy of oseltamivir and antiviral oral liquid in the treatment of influenza in children

目的:比较奥司他韦与抗病毒口服液治疗小儿流行性感冒的疗效。方法:收治流行性感冒患儿60例,分为对照组(抗病毒口服液治疗)和观察组(奥司他韦治疗),比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间、咽红肿痛消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗小儿流行性感冒中,应用奥司他韦治疗效果更加显著。

Objective:To compare the efficacy of oseltamivir and antiviral oral liquid in the treatment of pediatric influenza. Methods:60 children with influenza were selected,they were divided into the control group(treated with antiviral oral solution)and the observation group(treated with oseltamivir).The effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the body temperature,the disappearance time of nasal congestion,and the disappearance time of pharyngeal redness and swelling of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of pediatric influenza,the effect of oseltamivir treatment is more significant.
