TCT和HPV检查联合阴道镜下活检早期诊断宫颈癌临床观察

Clinical observation of early diagnosis of cervical cancer by TCT and HPV combined with colposcopy biopsy

目的:观察评价膜式液基薄层细胞学(TCT)、人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)联合阴道镜下活检对于早期宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法:收治接受宫颈筛查的已婚女性1200例,均经TCT、HPV检查、阴道镜下活检,并以病理检查结果为金标准,评价不同诊断方法的诊断价值。结果:1200例患者中,TCT检查阳性率为5.08%,HPV-DNA检测阳性率为20.17%,HPV-DNA检测阳性率高于TCT检查结果。结论:TCT、HPV检测联合阴道镜活检用于宫颈癌早期筛查,准确率较高。

Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of membrane-based liquid-based thin layer cytology(TCT),human papillomavirus(HPV)combined with colposcopy biopsy for early cervical cancer.Methods:1200 married women who underwent cervical screening were examined by TCT,HPV,and colposcopy.The pathological findings were used as gold standards,we evaluated the diagnostic value of different diagnostic methods.Results:Among 1200 patients,the positive rate of TCT was 5.08%, and the positive rate of HPV-DNA was 20.17%,the positive rate of HPV-DNA was higher than that of TCT.Conclusion:TCT,HPV combined with colposcopy biopsy for early screening of cervical cancer,screening accuracy is higher.
