摘要
为了科学考察作业场所安全与卫生问题的相互关系,综合评估作业场所安全卫生现状,参考齿轮机构啮合运行规律,建立作业场所安全卫生一体化评估双齿轮啮合模型(DGMM),以建筑施工作业场所为例,进行作业场所安全卫生一体化评估验证。研究表明,作业场所是一个安全和卫生问题共存且相互作用的复杂系统,二者具有正相关性,即安全问题可以加速或减缓卫生问题的产生;反之亦然。因而,人们不能人为地分割安全事务或卫生事务问题。在实际评估工作中,应根据安全问题和卫生问题相互影响的基本规律,科学进行一体化评估,以实现对劳动者职业安全健康的有效防护。
In order to scientifically investigate the relationship between workplace safety and health issues,comprehensive assessment of the safety and health of the workplace,this paper sets up the workplaces health and safety integrated DGMM on basis of the gear mechanism.By referring to the double gear mesh model of workplace established by gear mechanism on the basis of DGMM,an integrated evaluation model of safety and health in workplace,which gives priority to emergency gear and sanitation gear,is built to verify the models in a construction site.It turns out that a workplace is a complex system in which both safety and health issues exist and interact on each other.Safety problems may accelerate or slow down the emergence of health problems,and vice versa.In the actual assessment work,the integrated assessment should be carried out scientifically according to the basic laws of the mutual influence of safety and health issues,so as to achieve the occupational health science protection for workers.
