某金矿尾矿浮选柱提金试验

Experiment on Gold Extraction from a Gold Tailings by Flotation Column

摘要 某金矿企业为了充分利用矿产资源,提升科技含量及经济效益,进一步降低尾矿品位,对化学氧化预处理—氰化浸出工艺所产尾矿进行了浮选柱提金试验研究。试验结果表明:开路试验获得了含金31.34 g/t、金回收率为45.16%的金精矿,同时将尾矿金品位降低至0.75 g/t,尾矿金回收率降至14.42%,为氰化浸出尾矿的再利用提供了借鉴。 In order to make full use of mineral resources,enhance scientific and technological proportion,improve economic benefits and further reduce tailings grade in a gold mining enterprise,experiment on flotation column gold extraction from tailings produced by chemical oxidation pretreatment-cyanide leaching process was carried out in a gold mine.Experiment results indicated that the gold concentrate with gold content of 31.34 g/t and gold recovery of 45.16% was obtained via open-circuit flowsheet.At the same time,the gold grade of tailings was reduced to 0.75 g/t and the gold content of tailings was reduced to 14.42%.It provides a reference for the reuse of cyanide leaching tailings.
