摘要
针对某低硫石英脉型金矿进行的常规重选试验难以获得较好指标的问题,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,进行了尼尔森重选条件试验研究和尼尔森重选—尾矿1粗1精3扫开路浮选全流程试验验证,得到了品位为46.53 g/t的金精矿,尾矿金品位最终降至 0.48 g/t,金综合回收率为 88.66%。试验得出了采用尼尔森重选的最佳工艺条件,金回收作用显著,为开展绿色环保提金工艺提供了可靠的理论支持和指导。
Aiming at the problems for the re-election test for a low-sulfur quartz vein type gold mine is difficult to obtain a better index via conventional gravity experiment.Based on the research of process mineralogy,the Nielsen gravity condition test and Nielsen gravity separation-tailings one roughing one cleaning three scavenging open-circuit flotation whole scheme verification experiment was conducted.A gold concentrate with gold grade of 46.53 g/t was obtained.The gold grade of the tailings eventually fell to 0.48 g/t,and the overall gold recovery was 88.66%.Finally the best process conditions for Nielsen gravity separation are obtained,and the gold recovery effect is remarkable,which provides reliable theoretical support and guiding significance for the green environmental protection gold extraction process.
