摘要
针对鹿台山煤矿矿井采掘接续紧张状况,对2202工作面轨道巷进行了切顶卸压无巷旁充填沿空留巷试验。理论分析了沿空留巷采空区侧巷帮形成过程,并在工作面后方沿空留巷巷帮采用“挡矸金属网+可伸缩U型钢+木板背帮”方式进行挡矸防护,对工作面回采期间巷道围岩变形进行了观测,总结了切顶卸压沿空留巷采空区侧巷帮形成规律。研究表明:采用沿空留巷可以使回采工作面少掘1条区段巷道,减少煤柱损失,实现连续开采。
In view of the continuous tension of mining in the coal mine of Lutaishan Coal Mine,the test of side roadway side of the goaf along the goaf with the top relief pressure of 2202 working face is done.The formation process of side roadway of goaf retaining roadway along goaf is analyzed theoretically,and gangue retaining roadway along goaf behind working face is protected by "gangue retaining metal net+retractable U-shaped steel + wooden backwall".The surrounding rock deformation data of roadway during mining are continuously observed,and the regularity characteristics of side roadway formation of goaf retaining roadway along goaf during roof cutting and pressure relief are summarized.The study results show that the excavation work of one roadway of mining working face can be avoided by gob-side entry retaining,the loss of coal pillar can be reduced,and the goal of continuous mining is realized.
