摘要
针对司马煤业大倾角煤层回采过程中的支架稳定性进行了分析,确定了支架稳定性影响主要包括煤层倾角、回采的高度以及液压支架的工作阻力。得出煤层倾角对支架滑动失稳影响要比工作阻力更大,煤层倾角、回采高度和支架工作阻力都对支架的倾倒影响重大。根据支架稳定性的影响因素分析情况,制定了相应的支架稳定性控制措施,提高了司马煤业大倾角煤层开采的支架稳定性,为高效煤矿开采研究提供了研究依据。
In view of the stability of the support during the process of deep inclined coal seam mining,it is determined that the stability of the support mainly includes the inclination of the coal seam,the height of the recovery and the working resistance of the hydraulic support.It is concluded that the influence of coal seam dip on the sliding instability of the support is greater than that of the work.The inclination of the coal seam,the recovery height and the work resistance of the support all have a significant impact on the dumping of the support.According to the analysis of influencing factors of stability of scaffolding,corresponding stability control measures for scaffolding are developed,which improves the scaffolding stability of large-dip coal seam mining and provides a research basis for the research of high-efficiency coal mining.
