摘要
针对付老庄铁矿存在的风流紊乱及风道短路等问题,通过综合应用矿井通风系统三维动态模型技术、网络优化技术、机站优选技术和风机优选技术,提出了切实可行的通风系统管路布置优化方案。方案实施后,减少了系统装机功率320 kW,降低了系统实耗功率151.1 kW,提高了系统有效风量率10.9%、风机平均效率16.8%,可供类似矿山通风系统优化设计参考。
In view of the problems of wind flow disorder and air passage short circuit in Fulaozhuang Iron Mine,the three-dimensional dynamic model technology of mine ventilation system,network optimization technology,machine station optimization technology and fan optimization technology are comprehensively adopted,so as to optimize the ventilation system of the mine,the feasible optimization scheme of the ventilation system of the mine is proposed.The application results show that the installed power of the system is reduced by 320 kW,the power consumption of the system is reduced by 151.1 kW,the effective airflow rate of the system is increased by 10.9%,and the average efficiency of the wind turbine is 16.8%.The optimization scheme proposed in this paper can provide some reliable reference for the optimization and design of ventilation system of the other mines.
