Analysis of Russian Military Strategy Adjustment from the Perspective of “Hybrid War” Theory

俄罗斯在"新面貌"改革取得巨大成果的基础上,基于国内外局势变化,特别是克里米亚事件以来面临西方国家巨大的战略压力,对现行军事战略做出了调整。此次调整明显具有"混合战争"的特点:军事行动越来越超越传统战争的维度,通过采取具有决定性效果的小规模军事行动,配合使用外交、能源、经济、网络等非军事手段,进而达成战略目的。俄罗斯的军事战略调整在近几年的军事行动中也取得了极佳的战略效果,但同时也面临着一些挑战。

On the basis of the great achievements of the "new look" reform, Russia has made adjustments to its current military strategy in light of the changes in the domestic and international situation, especially the great strategic pressure faced by western countries since the Crimean incident. The adjustment is clearly characterized by "hybrid warfare": military operations increasingly transcend the dimensions of traditional warfare, and achieve strategic objectives through decisive small-scale military operations in conjunction with non-military means such as diplomacy, energy, economy and cyber. Russia's military strategic adjustment in recent years in the military operations has not only achieved excellent strategic results, but also faced challenges.
