"有原则的现实主义"是特朗普政府外交政策的核心学说,该学说以"美国优先"为基本原则,以"美国再次伟大"为结果导向,以极限施压为策略,着眼于重建绝对实力优势,加强大国战略竞争,用较少成本获取更多收益,具有民族主义、贸易保护主义、单边主义、扩军主义的表征。"有原则的现实主义"对美国外交战略产生了溢出效应,同时也加剧了中美战略竞争态势。对此,中国应该积极有为,采取有效策略加以应对。

"Principled realism" is the core doctrine of the Trump administration's foreign policy, which takes "America first" as the basic principle in order to make "America great again" and extreme pressure as its tactics. The doctrine is characteristic of nationalism, protectionism, unilateralism and military expansionism."Principled realism" produces a spillover effect on U.S. foreign policy, and it also exacerbates the strategic competition between China and the United States. Therefore, China should react accordingly and adopt effective measures to deal with the challenges from the U.S.
