摘要
外泌体作为众多信号分子的运载体,在机体许多正常生命活动与疾病的发生发展中扮演重要角色。外泌体及其内容物的检测分析有利于从细胞和分子水平上更深入了解疾病,对疾病的具体机制研究与外泌体的临床应用具有深远意义。从外泌体分离富集、鉴定与内容物分析三大方面对其主要检测技术进行简要综述,旨在为外泌体检测用于临床疾病的诊疗与疗效评估监测提供有效的检测手段。
As carrier of signal molecules, exosome plays an important role in many normally physiological actives, and the occurrence and development of diseases of organisms. The detection and analysis of exosome and its component parts are beneficial to deeper understand diseases from cellular and molecular levels, and it has great far-reaching significance to the study of specific mechanisms of diseases and the clinical application of exosome. In this review, the main detection techniques of exosome were briefly summarized from three aspects included separation and enrichment, identification and analysis of its component parts. This review aims to provide an effective detection method for exosome detection which was used in diagnosis and treatment, and assessment and dynamic monitoring of therapeutic effect of clinical diseases.
