医用磁共振成像设备用户满意度调查分析 被引量:2

Investigation and analysis of user’s satisfaction for medical MRI equipment

摘要 目的:调查我国磁共振成像(MRI)从业人员对不同品牌MRI设备的了解程度及评价情况,分析国产与进口MRI设备的差距,为国产MRI设备的改进提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的“医用磁共振设备满意度调查表”通过“问卷星”平台发布问卷,从医疗机构基本信息、MRI设备了解程度和MRI设备满意度3个部分对我国不同地区、不同等级医院的MR从业人员进行调查,从临床功能、硬件性能、设备稳定性、售后服务和使用体验5个维度对不同品牌MRI设备进行评价。结果:回收来自全国21个省份不同等级医院的有效问卷246份。在MRI从业人员中50%以上用户不了解国产MRI设备,且对国产设备的评价整体低于进口设备。对国产MRI设备售后服务的评价高于临床功能、硬件性能、设备稳定性和使用体验的评价。结论:国产MRI设备的影响力及满意度评价较进口设备差距明显,国产MRI厂商在提高售后服务质量的同时,应该加快核心技术研发,提高产品性能。 Objective: To investigate the familiarity and evaluation of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) practitioners for MRI equipment of various brands in China, and analyze the gap between domestic and imported MRI equipment so as to provide reference for the improvement of domestic MRI equipment. Methods: The self-designed "Medical MRI Equipment Satisfaction Questionnaire" was released by "questionnaire star" platform. And it implemented investigation for MRI practitioners of different regions and hospital with different grades from 3 parts included basic information of medical institutions, familiarity and satisfaction of practitioners for MRI equipment. And the evaluations of MRI equipment of different brands were conducted in five aspects: clinical function, hardware performance, equipment stability, after-sales service and the experience of user. Results: A total of 246 valid feedbacks from 21 provinces were collected. The results showed that more than 50% of MRI practitioners didn't understand domestic MRI equipment. And the evaluation of them for domestic MRI equipment was overall lower than that of imported MRI equipment, and the evaluation of after-sales service of domestic MRI equipment was higher than that of other 4 aspects. Conclusion: Compared with imported equipment, the gaps of the evaluations of influence and satisfaction of domestic MRI equipment is obvious. And the manufacturers of domestic MRI should speed up the research and development of the core technique and improve the product performance while they enhance the quality of after-sales service.
