摘要
研究了嵌入SMA丝的复合材料薄壁轴的变形特性。采用变分渐进法描述位移和应变引入横向剪切变形的影响。由变分原理推导出旋转复合材料薄壁轴的静力平衡方程,采用Galerkin法进行离散化并编制了计算程序。分析了SMA丝含量、初始应变、温度、纤维铺设角、转速对复合材料轴变形特性的影响。
The static characteristics of the shaft with Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) wire are investigated.A variational asymptotically approach (VAM) is employed to describe the relationship between the displacement and strain,which also introduces the transverse shear deformation effects.Variation principle is used to derive static balance equations.The governing equations are discretized and solved by Galerkin's method.Computing programs have been complied in Matlab on the basis of the analytical models.The effects of fractions of SMA wire,initial strains of SMA wire,temperature,fiber orientation and spin speed on the deformation characteristics of the composite shaft are represented.The results show that the model presented in this paper can be used to calculate the deformation characteristics of the spinning composite shaft with SMA wire.
