呼吸道九联检与七联检在500例患者中的检测结果分析

Comparison and analysis of respiratory tract nine combined tests and seven combined tests in 500 cases

目的对患者同时进行呼吸道血清中病原体特异性抗体IgM检测(九联检)与鼻咽部分泌物脱落细胞病毒抗原检测(七联检),对比分析检测结果,探讨临床检测方法的合理应用及价值。方法选取呼吸道感染患者500例为研究对象,同时采用九联检与七联检对其进行检测,并将2种检测结果进行统计分析。结果2种检测方法的阳性符合率依次为腺病毒(30.8%),呼吸道合胞病毒(12.2%),甲型流感病毒(57.7%),乙型流感病毒(60.0%),副流感病毒1、2、3型(23.8%)。检测结果总符合率为36.2%。九联检的检测阳性率明显低于七联检,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸道九联检与七联检2种检测方法联合应用对提高病原体检出率具有非常重要的临床价值。

Objective The specific antibody IgM in respiratory serum(nine combined tests) and exfoliated cytoviral antigen in nasopharyngeal secretions(seven combined tests) were detected simultaneously.The results were compared and analyzed to explore the reasonable application and value of clinical detection methods.Methods Totally 500 patients with respiratory tract infections were selected as the research objects.Nine combined tests and seven combined tests were used to detect the respiratory tract infections,and the two results were analyzed statistically.Results The positive coincidence rates of the two methods were adenovirus (30.8%),respiratory syncytial virus (12.2%),influenza A (57.7%),influenza B (60.0%) and parainfluenza 1,2 and 3 (23.8%).The total coincidence rate was 36.2%.The positive rate of the nine combined tests was significantly lower than that of the seven combined tests ( P <0.05).Conclusion The combination of the two detection methods has very important clinical value in improving the detection rate of pathogens.
