新时代教师队伍建设改革的方向和路线已经明确,地方高校全面深化教师队伍建设改革已时不我待,必须增强改革紧迫感,抓紧跟进落实,尽快绘制好教师队伍建设改革“施工图”,按照“加强一套设计、驱动三项改革”的总体布局,即“加强教师队伍建设改革顶层设计、驱动教师队伍思政引领和师德建设、驱动教师队伍能力提升和专业发展、驱动教师队伍管理机制深化改革”,努力打造一支高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,为落实立德树人根本任务奠定坚实基础。
