The Research on Enterprise Environmental Governance Tactics under the Green Development Background: A Case Study of Fujian Longxi Bearing CO., LTD

绿色发展背景下,经济高质量增长离不开企业环境治理。基于现代系统理论,通过构建企业环境治理策略模型,并在调查分析龙溪股份环境治理成效和经验的基础上,归纳总结企业环境治理的一般路径,即从经济动力、文化导航、技术创新、制度支持等方面激发企业系统内部动力,从政府管制、资本制约、供需协同、社会监督等方面培育企业系统外部推力。

Under the background of green development, high-quality economic growth is inseparable from enterprise environmental governance. With the guidance of modern system theories, this paper firstly constructs the tactics model of enterprise environmental governance and then based on the survey of the effect and experience of Fujian Longxi Bearing CO., LTD, summarizes the general path of enterprise environmental governance, i.e., to stimulate the internal power of enterprise system from the aspects of economic power, cultural navigation, institutional support and technological innovation, and to foster the external thrust of enterprise system from the aspects of government regulation, capital restriction, supply and demand coordination, and social supervision.
