摘要
针对开孔型混凝土护栏产生的裂纹,分析开孔型混凝土护栏裂纹产生的初步原因,建立干缩和温度影响、护栏底部约束影响、车辆荷载影响有限元仿真模型,对裂纹产生原因进行深入研究,并建立实体模型进行试验验证。研究表明,开孔型混凝土护栏在扰度荷载下孔下部处于受压区,不是出现裂纹的主要原因,护栏底部与桥梁翼缘板固结、温度变化和干缩作用是开孔型混凝土护栏裂纹主要原因。研究对开孔型混凝土护栏施工起到指导作用。
Aiming at the cracks generated by the open-hole concrete guardrail,the initial causes of the cracks in the open-faced concrete guardrail are analyzed,and the finite element simulation model of the influence of the shrinkage and temperature,the influence of the bottom of the guardrail and the influence of the vehicle load is established,and the causes of the crack are deeply studied.And establish a solid model for experimental verification.The research shows that the open-hole concrete guardrail is under the disturbance load,and the lower part of the hole is in the compression zone.It is not the main cause of cracks.The bottom of the guardrail and the flange of the bridge flange,temperature change and shrinkage are the cracks of the open-hole concrete guardrail.main reason.Research plays a guiding role in the construction of open-hole concrete guardrails.
