In order to alleviate traffic congestion and improve the management level of road traffic operation,traffic guidance system has been widely used.Traffic guidance electronic information screen is an important part of traffic guidance system.Taking the traffic guidance electronic information screen of Sanyi avenue in Changsha as an example,through comprehensive evaluation of its economic rationality,technological rationality,social and economic benefits,the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the benefits of traffic guidance and comprehensive information release can be used for the establishment of traffic guidance system.It provides the basis for the optimization and operation,and provides the scientific basis for the feasibility study of later promotion,the selection of schemes and the optimization of investment decision-making.
