摘要
深“V”字型峡谷地区修建钢管混凝土拱桥,施工难度大。本文应用缆索吊装系统和固定钢管拱节段的扣挂系统悬臂拼装施工技术,方便了施工,避免了大型吊装设备投入。利用山体的洞锚锚固技术,契合地形,减少了塔架施工投入。拱上建筑安装过程中采用二级起重吊装技术,显著提高施工效率,减少人员高空作业,缩短了工期,降低了施工成本。推广无塔架缆索吊装系统技术,有利于发展山区桥梁建设,有利于发展混凝土钢管拱桥建设。
The construction of concrete - filled steel tubulaa arch bridge in deep V - shaped conyon is difficult. In this papea, the cable hoisting system and the contileveo assembly construction technology of fixed steel pipe arch section co applied te facilitaie the construction and avoin the investmeni of iarae hoisting equipmene The hole anchor technolooy of tie mountain is used te ft the irain and aduco the construction inostnient of tower. The two - stage hoisting technolooy is adopted in the construction and installation of the arch, which con significontly improvv the construction eacienco, reduco the times of high - altitude operation, shorten Wc construction period and reduco the construction cost. To popularize the Wchnology of towea - less cable hoisting system is conducivv to the construction of bridges in mountainous aeas and the construction of concrete - filled steel tube arch bridges.
