浅谈高海拔严寒地区隧道保温板及防火板的快速安装施工

随着国家西部大开发战略的实施,我国在青藏高原等地区建设的隧道越来越多。但是由于高海拔严寒地区特殊的自然地理环境,这些隧道不同程度地出现了冻害现象,部分隧道冻害甚至达到无法整治的程度。为了预防冻害的发生,严寒地区不少隧道在设计中考虑了防冻措施,较常见的做法是在隧道二衬与防水板之间设置保温层。青海省花久公路的防水层设计非常新颖,在隧道二衬表面加设了酚醛树脂泡沫保温层,再在保温层外侧设置硅酸钙板防火层,不仅起到防止冻害的作用,而且降低了隧道内发生火灾时高混对隧道衬砌结构的危害。硅酸钙防火板同时还起到对隧道衬砌表面进行美化装饰的作用,改善了隧道运营条件。本文在吸取久治5号隧道防火板及保温板安装施工经验的基础上,对高海拔严寒地区隧道拱墙保温板及防火板的安装施工进行了总结,以期为后续工程的施工提供借鉴、指导作用。

Phenolic resin foam insulation layer is added on the second lining of Tunnd in Qinghai Huajiu tunnd project, tee colcium silicate board is sd on the outer siae of the insulation layer as a fire - proof layeo, not only te prevent fross damage, but ts.reduces the hazard of high temperature te tunnd lining structure in cosc of fire in tunnel. The fire - proof layer of colcium silicate boord also can plays a role in decorating the surface of tunnd lining, result in the operation conditions of tunnd has been Onproved. On the basis of the experienco in NO. 5 tunne of Huajiu project, this paper is a summay of installation of insulation board and tiro - proof board in tunne located high altitude and freezing temperature aree, In ordeo te provide referenco and guidanco for the similar projects.
