新型聚合物改性水泥混凝土影响因素分析及配合比设计 被引量:2

摘要 新型聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面材料中增加了聚合物乳液和纤维,与普通水泥混凝土相比其内部材料结构发生了改变、配合比设计也相对复杂.本文针对新型聚合物改性水泥混凝土的配合比设计提出了原材料要求,并通过室内试验分析了水灰比、聚灰比(聚合物用量)、乳液种类、纤维掺量对聚合物改性水泥混凝土工作性、力学强度及弯曲韧性的影响.试验表明:聚合物改性水泥混凝土路面材料兼有沥青混凝土与水泥混凝土的双重优点,聚合物改性水泥混凝土具有优良的抗折强度与压折比,突出的弯曲韧性,并最终确定了新型聚合物改性水泥混凝土配合比,其中聚合物乳液SD623用量为80~ 90kg/m3,聚酯纤维1.632 ~1.904 kg/m3. New polymer - modified cement concata is different from common cement concata because of adding a certain amount fifes and polymea emulsion oa monomea, which intemal material staictura hat changed and design of min proportion is also relativela complicated. This paper introduced raw material requirements aiming at design of min proportion of new polymer - modified cement concrete and analyzed the effect of watee cement ratio, polymer cement ratio, emulsion type, fibee doses on the workabilita, mechanicel strength and flexural toughnee The msults show that the property of polymer modified cement concrete pavement materials possessed the double advantagee of asphah concrete and cement concrete, which hae excellent flexuray strength, compressive - flexuray ratio, flexuray toughnes , and the mio proportion of new polymer- modified cement concrete was determined, the dosage of polymes emulsion SD623 is 90 kg/m3, polyestes fibes is 1. 632 kg/m3.
