口腔显微镜在老年磨牙根管治疗中的价值体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析口腔显微镜在老年磨牙根管治疗中的价值体会。方法从2017年4月~2018年4月期间我院收治的老年磨牙根管治疗患者中抽取66例作为研究对象,给予常规组常规根管治疗,给予口腔显微镜组口腔显微镜根管治疗。比较2组临床效果、术后并发症的差异性。结果口腔显微镜组治疗成功率为90.91%,明显高于传统组(P<0.05);口腔显微镜组并发症发生概率为6.06%,明显低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论相比常规根管治疗而言,口腔显微镜在老年磨牙根管治疗的效果更加显著,手术成功率高,术后并发症发生概率低,可推广应用。 Objective To analyze the value of oral microscoPe in root canal treatment of geriatric molars.Methods From APril 2017 to APril 2018,66 cases of geriatric molar root canal treatment were taken as subjects,conventional root canal treatment was given to conventional grouP and oral microscoPe treatment to oral microscoPe grouP.The clinical effects and PostoPerative comPlications of the two grouPs were comPared. Results The success rate of treatment in oral microscoPe grouP was 90.91 %,which was significantly higher than that in traditional grouP(P & lt;0.05);The Probability of comPlications in the oral microscoPe grouP was 6.06%,which was significantly lower than in the traditional grouP(P<0.05).Conclusion comPared with the conventional root canal treatment,oral microscoPe has a more significant effect in the treatment of root canal in geriatric molars.The oPeration success rate is high,and the Probability of PostoPerative comPlications is low.
