不同干预方式对儿童口腔卫生知识及龋齿的影响研究

Effects of different intervention methods on oral hygiene knowledge and dental caries in children

目的研究不同方式对儿童口腔卫生知识及龋齿的影响效果。方法我院2018年1月~2019年2月期间收治的龋齿患儿200例,随机分为对照组和试验组各100例,对照组实施常规教育,试验组实施全面健康教育,比较两组患儿继发龋齿发生率和口腔卫生知识掌握率,比较两组患儿干预后的健康行为,并比较两组患儿及其家属的满意度。结果试验组继发龋齿发生率低于对照组,口腔卫生知识掌握度高于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患儿健康行为均优于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组患儿及其家属满意度为96.00%,高于对照组80.00%的满意度,数据差异显著(χ^2=12.1212,P=0.0004)。结论全面健康教育在儿童口腔卫生知识及龋齿干预中的应用效果较好,能有效降低患儿继发龋齿发生率,改善患儿的健康行为,提升患儿的口腔卫生掌握度,具有较高临床价值。

Objective To study the effects of different methods on oral hygiene knowledge and dental caries in children.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,200 children with dental caries were randomly divided into two grouPs: control grouP (100 cases) and exPerimental grouP (100 cases).The incidence of secondary dental caries and the grasP rate of oral hygiene knowledge between the two grouPs were comPared. The health behaviors of the two grouPs after intervention were comPared and the satisfaction degree of the two grouPs and their families were comPared.Results The incidence of secondary dental caries in the exPerimental grouP was lower than that in the control grouP, and the grasP degree of oral hygiene knowledge was higher than the control grouP.(P < 0.05). The healthy behavior of the children in the test grouP was better than that in the control grouP, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the children and their families in the test grouP was 96.00%, which was higher than that of the control grouP (80.00%), and the difference was significant (χ^, 12.1212,P<0.0004). Conclusion ComPrehensive health education has a good effect on oral hygiene knowledge and dental caries intervention in children.It can effectively reduce the incidence of secondary dental caries in children,imProve their health behaviors and imProve their oral hygiene mastery. It has high clinical value.
