多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of multiple root canal therapy and one-time root canal therapy for dental pulp disease

目的探讨多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病临床效果分析。方法所有入选本次研究且作为研究样本的患者,选取我院2017年3月~2018年7月来院治疗的牙体牙髓病患者,严格核对入选以及排除标准,选取78名患者,将78名患者使用电脑随机分组方法,均分为两组,对照组患者以及观察组患者,分别接受多次法根管治疗以及一次性根管治疗,对比两组患者在不同治疗方式下临床症状好转时间以及并发症的发生率。结果观察组患者对比对照组,不良反应低于对照组,临床症状好转时间较对照组快,各项数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗效果进行对比,一次根管治疗效果更佳,患者的预后效果更好,此治疗方法优于多次法根管,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of multiple root canal treatment and disposable root canal treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods All the patients who were selected for this study and were used as research samples were patients with dental pulp disease who were admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to July 2018.They strictly checked the criteria for selection and exclusion,selected 78 patients,and used 78 patients.The computer random grouping method is divided into two groups.The control group and the observation group received multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment respectively,and compared the two groups of patients with different treatment methods and the incidence of clinical symptoms and complications.Results Compared with the control group,the adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms was faster than that of the control group.Conclusion The results of multiple root canal treatment and one-time root canal treatment are compared. One root canal treatment is better and the prognosis of patients is better. This treatment method is better than multiple root canal treatment and is worth promoting.
