摘要 目的探讨JY-DLT肠道屏障功能分析系统对肠腔内的有害物质如细菌和毒素等穿过肠黏膜进入体内其他组织器官和血液循环的结构和功能的检查及应用价值。方法采集我院2018年11月~2019年4月供350例病人血液标本用JY-DLT肠道屏障功能分析。结果通过肠道屏障仪器功能的检查能够及时发现肠道的菌群失调,细菌性肠道炎症,水电解质和酸碱紊乱。肠黏膜包括两部分,肠黏膜上皮、肠粘液、肠道菌群、分泌性免疫球蛋白、肠道相关淋巴组织、胆盐、激素和胃酸等。肠道屏障通常可以归纳为机械屏障、化学屏障、生物屏障、免疫屏障四大功能。临床上尤其是特异性防御备受关注,在烧伤、创伤、失血性休克、放疗、化疗、严重感染等情况下肠道粘膜的结构和功能可能受到严重损害,导致肠功能衰竭,肠道细菌移位,严重者可以诱发多器官衰竭危及生命。结论JY-DLT肠道屏障分析仪设计合理完善,自动化程度高,用血量少,检查速度快,操作方便,结果准确可靠,对临床上肠道紊乱和衰竭的检测有重要临床意义。 Objective To investigate the structure and function of intestinal barrier function analysis system (jy-dlt) for the entry of harmful substances such as bacteria and toxins from the intestinal cavity through the intestinal mucosa into other tissues and organs in the body and blood circulation and its application value.Methods Blood samples were collected from 350 patients in our hospital from November 2018 to April 2019 for analysis of intestinal barrier function using jy-dlt. Results Intestinal flora disorders, bacterial intestinal inflammation, water electrolytes and acid-base disorders could be detected in time by the functional examination of intestinal barrier instrument. Intestinal mucosa consists of two parts:intestinal mucosa epithelium,intestinal mucus,intestinal flora,secretory immunoglobulin,intestinal related lymphoid tissue,bile salts,hormones and gastric acid.Intestinal barrier can be generally classified into mechanical barrier,chemical barrier, biological barrier and immune barrier.In clinical practice,especially the specific defense has attracted much attention.In the case of burns, trauma,hemorrhagic shock,radiotherapy, chemotherapy,severe infection and other conditions,the structure and function of intestinal mucosa may be seriously damaged,leading to intestinal failure,intestinal bacterial displacement,or in severe cases,inducing multiple organ failure and endangering life.Conclusion The jy-dlt intestinal barrier analyzer has the advantages of reasonable and perfect design,high degree of automation,less blood consumption,fast examination speed,convenient operation,accurate and reliable results, and has important clinical significance for the detection of intestinal disorders and failure in clinical practice.
