维生素D与乳腺癌相关的研究进展

摘要 维生素D(VD)是固醇类家族的一种,在儿童佝偻病和老年骨质疏松疾病中有预防佝偻和抗骨密度低作用。维生素D是一种可溶于脂质的物质,参与人体内多种生物科学的过程,如影响磷、钙的贮存与吸收。近年的深入研究发掘人体内维生素D的水平与人体内多种恶性肿瘤的发生与发展显著相关,因此,在营养学与肿瘤研究领域中探究维生素D的水平与各种肿瘤相关的研究已成为主流。该文针对VD与乳腺癌相关性的研究进行进展性综述,以及针对VD在乳腺癌引发及预后中的分子功能来展开深入概述和未来的临床远景。 Vitamin D (VD) is a steroid family.It has anti-rickets and anti-osteoPorosis effects in children's rickets and elderly osteoPorosis diseases,also known as anti-rickets vitamins.Vitamin D is a fat-soluble substance that ParticiPates in many biological Processes in the human body,such as affecting the storage and absorPtion of PhosPhorus and calcium.In recent years,in-dePth studies have found that the level of vitamin D in human body is significantly related to the occurrence and develoPment of various malignant tumors.Therefore,in the field of nutrition and cancer,the research on the level of vitamin D and various tumors has become the mainstream.This article reviews the research Progress of the relationshiP between VD and breast cancer,as well as the molecular function of VD in breast cancer initiation and Prognosis.
