摘要
目的:对抗生素药品卡尔费休试验提出建议。方法:应用干燥失重法、减压干燥失重法及费休氏法进行水分测定。结果:通过试验,我们发现部分抗生素药品在使用费休氏水分测定法进行测定时,可适当改进。结论:可对部分抗生素药品费休氏法测定进行改进。
Objective:To propose a Karl Fischer test for antibiotics. Methods: Application of dry weight loss method, decompression drying weight loss method and Fisher's test method for moisture determination. Results: Through experiments, we found that some antibiotic drugs can be appropriately improved when measured by the Fisher's moisture method. Conclusion: It can improve the determination of some antibiotics.
